A home inspection is the visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a building. While an appraisal seeks to determine a home's value, a home inspection seeks to determine its condition. Both the VA and FHA highly recommend that a home be inspected before purchase.

You want to make an informed buying decision based on the current condition of the house. After a professional inspection, you'll have a much better understanding of the house you are about to purchase, and you'll know what to expect in terms of possible repairs. Awareness of any major work that needs to be done can help you negotiate your purchase price.

Our home inspection includes, but isn't limited to, the following areas:
