Our goal is to have an informed client. Although it isn't necessary, you are more than welcome to attend the inspection. Please allow about 2–3 hours for the inspection process. Larger homes and older homes may require a bit longer.
Northland Home Inspection Service provides each client with a report that we've designed exclusively for our region. After exhaustive research and development, we believe that our report is the most comprehensive and complete report available. After the inspection, we're available to answer any questions you may have.
The fee is $500 for a single-family home up to 1400 square feet, such as 2–4 bedrooms and a bath. Larger homes and multifamily homes (1500–1800 square feet) start at $600. Homes over 1800 square feet start at $650. The final cost is dependent upon the size and age of the dwelling.
